Transfer conditions

• Free cancellation is possible up to 6 hours before the ride
• In case of late cancellation or no-show, no refund will be issued
• The client is responsible for providing accurate information (arrival time, address, etc.)
• In case of delay or force majeure, the client is obliged to inform as soon as possible
• Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle
• The driver has the right to terminate the ride if the passenger’s behavior is disruptive, aggressive, or endangers the safety of the vehicle or the well-being of other passengers
• All prices include the VAT (22%) applicable in the Republic of Estonia
